City meeting to address disability integration and electric wheelchair charging stations

The Mayor’s Office on Disability has announced a meeting to discuss the integration of disability, access, and functional needs into the city's emergency planning, as well as the next steps in implementing electric wheelchair charging stations. The meeting is scheduled for Friday, June 21, 2024, from 1 pm to 4 pm.

A detailed agenda will be published next week. The key items on the agenda include:

1. Integrating Disability, Access, and Functional Needs into the City’s Emergency Planning

2. Next Steps in Implementation of Electric Wheelchair Charging Stations Report

Public participation is encouraged. Comments from the public help shape future agenda items. Detailed agendas for each month are distributed and posted seven days in advance.
