The Disability Cultural Center (DCC) is set to launch a series of events celebrating disability culture in San Francisco. The virtual kick-off event, "A Night of Disability Culture," will take place on July 12 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. This program will feature live performances by disabled artists, most of whom are BIPOC, showcasing their work in art, music, poetry, dance, and literature. The event aims to challenge perceptions about disability and celebrate the contributions of disabled individuals. It will conclude with a community-wide dance and fashion party.
