Cost of college was unchanged for all students at the Cinta Aveda Institute

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at the Cinta Aveda Institute, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

California students paid $22,575 to attend the two-year private for-profit institution in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 63 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 62 students received grants or scholarships totaling $284,638 and 72 students took out student loans totaling more than $505,093.

Including all undergraduates (216), 161 students used grants or scholarships totaling $871,386, and 157 students took out $1.4 million in federal student loans.
