Washington and Lee Generals, featuring former San Francisco University High School athlete Kate Kennedy, secured a 75-67 victory over the Bethel Royals on Friday, March 13, in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.

The contest, which tipped off at 8 p.m. in Holekamp Gym, marked the Generals’ first meeting with Bethel in the tournament.

Washington and Lee will compete in their next tournament contest on Saturday, March 14, also set for 8 p.m. at Holekamp Gym.
