On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Mercy High School standout Gigi Ortega’s current college team, the San Jose State Spartans, lost 3-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UC Davis Aggies.
The game took place at La Rue Field. This was their first matchup against the Aggies this season.
