NCAA Division II football championship set to start with former Archbishop Riordan High School player Michael Estrada’s team competing

Michael Estrada, a former standout at Archbishop Riordan High School and current player for the Virginia Union Panthers, will participate in the NCAA Division II Football Championship.

The team starts the tournament as the third seed and will face the second-seeded Johnson C. Smith Golden Bulls.

The opening game is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 15, at 3 p.m.
