Riley Foard, a former San Francisco University High School standout, played for the Caltech Beavers in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Occidental Tigers on Friday, Feb. 27, at 2 p.m. Caltech fell 19-5 in the contest.
Anderson Field served as the venue for the matchup, which marked their first meeting of the season.
In relief, Foard pitched one inning, surrendering three earned runs with one strikeout and one walk.
The Beavers are set to face the Occidental Tigers again on Saturday, Feb. 28, at 11 a.m. at North Field.
