Now in its 14th year, the Summit is an opportunity to come together to address the current issues facing the industry, and discuss ways the industry and the City can continue working together toward long-term recovery.

The Summit, scheduled for Monday, April 29, 2024, will feature a variety of speakers and panel discussions aimed at addressing key challenges and opportunities in San Francisco's nightlife sector.

During the event, Ben Van Houten and Ben Bleiman will lead a presentation titled "Innovating After Dark: Harnessing the Potential of Legislative Reforms for SF Nightlife," exploring how legislative changes have created new opportunities for nightlife businesses in San Francisco.

Additionally, a panel discussion titled "The Night Shift: Strategies for Combating Organized Theft in SF" will feature insights from Lt. Leonard Poggio, District Attorney Brooke Jenkins, Assistant Chief David Lazar, Rodney Fong, and Marisa Rodriguez on combating organized theft in nightlife establishments.

Marke Bieschke will moderate another panel discussion titled "Nightlife to Newlife: Emerging Trends and Strategies to Drive Engagement and Revenue Growth," where industry experts will discuss innovative strategies for increasing sales and attendance in nightlife and entertainment businesses.

The Summit will also include networking opportunities, such as a Networking Happy Hour at Anina, providing attendees with a chance to connect and engage further.

Admission to the Summit is free and open to the public, with limited in-person capacity available on a first-come, first-served basis. Those interested in attending can RSVP online.

The event aims to foster collaboration and dialogue within the industry to drive positive change and growth in San Francisco's nightlife sector.
